The individual involved, identified as 24-year-old Bobby Martinez Jr. from Sioux Falls, was situated in a vehicle parked outside a residence known to him. During the incident, Martinez Jr. discharged a firearm inside his vehicle. It remains unclear whether the act was intentional or accidental and what the intended target might have been.
